Obituary of June W. Decker

June Winnifred Decker, 66, of Erdenheim, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 2, 2026.

Caring, funny, and blessed with an incredible memory, June had a remarkable ability to recall stories, dates, and details that amazed everyone who knew her. She found joy in sharing those memories, especially when they involved her family.

June dedicated much of her professional life to caring for children at The Growing Tree Learning Center, where she touched countless lives with her patience and kindness. Her nurturing spirit made her a natural in childcare, and she formed lasting bonds with both the children and families she served.

She is lovingly survived by her sister, Jill Heckman, and her niece, Kate Heckman, along with her many cousins who will miss her dearly.

A memorial service celebrating June’s life will be held at Lownes Family Funeral Home on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 11 AM.

June’s kindness, humor, and love for family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
