Obituary of Mary Ann Campbell
Mary Ann Campbell (Procek), 91, of Normandy Farm Estates, Blue Bell, PA, passed away on August 12, 2024. She had lived in Montgomery County, PA for over 60 years.
A private Memorial service will be held at Lownes Family Funeral Home on Friday, August 16. A private interment will be held at a future date at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Bucks County, PA. Lownes Family Funeral Home will be handling the interment arrangements.
Mary Ann Campbell (Procek) was born in Chicago, IL to Evdokia (Yakowenko) and Alexander Procek on March 18, 1933. She attended Luther High School in Chicago and graduated in 1951. She went on to attend North Park College and Carthage College and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Carthage College in 1955. She married the love of her life, Edward Beal Campbell on August 21, 1955. They were happily married for nearly 67 years until he passed away in 2022. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and shopping, but most of all she adored spending time with her 3 grandchildren. Mary Ann was a member of the Red Hat Ladies Club.
Mary Ann is survived by her sister, Nancy Pasiuk (Procek), her daughter, Caren A. Hague (Campbell), her grandchildren, James E. B. Hague, Caitlin M. Gilbert (Hague) and Alexander P. Hague. In addition, her 4 great-grandchildren, Makena E. Hague, Finley K. Gilbert, Everly C. Gilbert and Shelby W. Hague. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Beal Campbell of Blue Bell, PA and her parents, Evdokia and Alexander Procek.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that memorial donations may be made in Mary Ann’s name to Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org).
